Kin Ryu retains the Sussex Junior Title for 15th consecutive year
Well done to the Kin Ryu team for a great performance at the Sussex County trials. The standard this year from all the clubs was superb and I was incredibly proud of our team for all they achieved.

As well as a fab set of results we retained the Junior Meeksan trophy for the 15th year in a row and won the Senior trophy for the 1st time.
Thanks to all the athletes, Referees, Officials, Coaches and Supporters on a great day. This was the last year this event is to be held at Worthing LC and is the end of an era.
Next year lets continue and set the standard at the new venue.
