Well done to the mini dragons out to play at Ealing Judo Club today. Fantastic competition and so important for the development of young athletes. Never underestimate the importance of these development events so that young athletes can have fun, learn and try their judo against others without the pressure of results. Very proud of all of you and thanks to Steve Dunn and Nikolaos Goudinakis for supporting the kids.
Congratulations to Josh Boxell who fought hard to win a superb silver medal at the Commonwealth Tournament in Malth.# Josh lead all the way in his preliminary contests with some superb throwing. In a close final he made a small error which cost him a shido (penalty) and gave his opponent the win. This is Josh's 1st International medal and put him in a good place leading to the Europeans later in the year.
